All meat and seafood entree items will be picked up raw. We do not have the capabilities to cook these entree items. If you are interested in preparation suggestions or recipes, please let us know!
Looking for something else special like a whole Iberico Ham or New Zealand Lamb? Other specialty items or requests are welcome - we can source any game or specialty items you have your heart set on!
The selection of sides below will be prepared by Chef Patrick and Chef Christian in-house. Each side dish will be picked up in an aluminum pan and will be ready for you to reheat prior to your Christmas feast! Reheating directions will be provided for each dish.

The following selections are bite-sized appetizers, perfect for any gathering or snacking for the family before dinner. These items are "Take & Bake", which means they are picked up frozen and ready to pop in the oven to bake and finish.
A savory piece of beef tenderloin accented with mushroom duxelle and encased in a French style puff pastry.
Cajun spiced andouille sausage, zesty Pepper Jack cheese, topped with jalapeños, loaded into a flaky puff pastry.
Bite sized tender chicken paired with smoked ham and Swiss cheese and lightly breaded.
An autumnal blend of whipped sweet potatoes scented with Madagascan vanilla bean and encased in a cinnamon and sugar kissed puff pastry.
A blend of wild mushrooms and artisan cheese in a phyllo triangle.
Flaky phyllo roll filled with creamy brie cheese, raspberry preserves, and toasted almonds.

Once submitted, Beradu management will reach out with a personalized invoice. Pre-orders must be paid by Sunday, December 15th. Payment can be made in-store, over the phone, or with an online invoice. No refunds or changes can be made after Dec. 15th. Check this box to mark you understand and accept these conditions.
