BERADU is owned and operated by Chef Patrick and Maggie Beraduce. We specialize in selling and serving regional wild game, invasive species, local fish, in-house charcuteries, fresh pastas, and other fare made here in the Carolinas.

Nice to meet ya! We are Patrick and Maggie Beraduce, a husband and wife duo who love all things culinary and giving back to our community. Our goal for BERADU is to showcase invasive species, sustainable game meat & seafood to shed light on the personal & environmental benefits from these protein sources. BERADU is all about supporting local & sustainable businesses and providing delicious food, drink, and goods to our community of Black Mountain and beyond!

MEET CHEF PATRICK

Chef Patrick Beraduce has been in the culinary industry since he was 14 years old. He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, B.B.A. in Food Business MGMT. His professional career began as a Lead Line Cook in Boston, MA at Legal Harborside. He then worked as FOH Manager at Westland Distillery in Seattle, WA. Chef Patrick moved back home in 2019 to Naples, FL and opened Quality Thyme Meals, a Private Chef/Catering Company focusing on local, sustainable and invasive species of seafood & meat.
