Join us for a unique culinary experience as BERADU teams up with Fonta Flora Brewery for a five beer, four-course dinner pairing event. Experience a fusion of flavors and music as each dish is expertly matched with Fonta Flora's finest brews, while the sound of A Tribe Called Quest sets the mood. Chef Patrick Beraduce and Jeremy Inzer, Head of Brewing Operations at Fonta Flora, will be your guides, sharing insights into the pairings and the creative process behind each dish and beer.

Upon arrival, enjoy a secret additional cask ale and meet Jeremy Inzer and Executive Chef Patrick to discuss beer, food, and everything in between.

First Course

NC Seared Scallop Masienda Taco w/ Pickled Watermelon Rind Slaw

Lake James Rind: Appalachian Adjunct Lager brewed with heritage corn, local watermelon, fresh lime and tajin (3.8%)

Second Course

Egyptian Style Savory Carolina Gold Rice Pudding w/ Joyce Farms Poulet Rouge Chicken

Carolina Gold Lager: A Heritage Rice Lagerbier brewed with water from our wells and 98% local ingredients (5.2%)

Third Course

Key Lime Creme Brûlée w/ Graham Cracker Crunch  

Half Birthday 10.5: A blended barleywine-style ale aged in bourbon and tequila barrels, brewed with water from our wells along with 54% local ingredients (14%)
